We are the proactive section to our sister company Family Law Support Services who provide Paralegal and McKenzie Friend support for family law matters including child arrangements.
Our proactive section operates outside of office hours and weekends providing a range of protective services from personally serving domestic abuse injunctions (Non-molestation orders) to dealing with the police, surveillance to arrest evasive suspects who breach Non-molestation orders, sweeping your premises for bugs to physical protection including helping to risk assess and provide family protection dogs for very high risk cases.
Our approach is victim focussed, proactive and flexible where we can work independently, or alongside other support organisations to help keep you safe.
Our team is made up of experienced professionals who have worked in specialist relevant departments in the police including, Domestic abuse, Child Protection, Public Protection and Community Safety Units.
